Privacy policy

Overview

Green Space is an independent member companion. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Third Space. The app does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics or cross-app tracking SDKs.

Information stored on your device

Green Space stores your selected membership tier and parsed club-access rules locally on your iPhone so the app can preserve your view between launches. Green Space does not provide cloud sync or create a user account.

Waiting List links and PDFs

When you paste a supported Waiting List link, Green Space connects to the Third Space-hosted HubSpot document service to request document metadata and the generated PDF. That service may receive standard network information such as your IP address and request time under its own terms and privacy practices.

The PDF is downloaded temporarily, its searchable text is extracted on-device using Apple PDFKit, and the temporary file is deleted after processing. Green Space stores the detected access rules—not the pasted link, PDF or full extracted text.

If you select a PDF from Files, it is processed on-device and is not uploaded by Green Space.

Optional location

Green Space requests foreground location only after you choose nearest-first sorting or tap a live TfL journey action. Coordinates are held in memory for the current app session. They are not stored by Green Space.

Nearest-first sorting is calculated on-device. When you request a live journey, the origin coordinates and club destination are sent to the Transport for London Journey Planner service. TfL handles that request under its own terms and privacy practices.

External services

• HubSpot-hosted document service — retrieves a generated PDF only after you paste a supported link.
• TfL Journey Planner — provides live public-transport estimates only after you request them.
• Apple Maps or Google Maps — opens only after you choose a maps option.

Retention and deletion

Your membership tier and parsed rules remain on the device until replaced, local app data is cleared or the app is deleted. Temporary downloaded PDFs are deleted after parsing. Green Space has no server-side user database or cloud account to delete.
